Baseline General Ingredients:  Samana Health’s products are made using wholefood ingredients. Unless special ordered, they are vegan, artificial fragrance free, nut oil, and soy oil free. Essential oils are very strong concentrations and many adverse reactions may occur if a high concentration is applied directly to skin. Therefore, I only use 100% pure essential oils in a concentration of always less than 2% so they are safe whilst remaining effective. There are never any preservatives. Samana skincare products are food for your skin! All of products are handcrafted in small batches using the best globally sourced Natural and *Organic ingredients.

Why Creams Crystalize: Creams are prone to crystallization because they lack chemical emulsifiers and stabilizers. Each ingredient within the cream has a different melting point. As the cream is exposed to environmental factors such as temperature and pressure changes, separation may occur. This does not mean the product has spoiled, it is only a chemical reaction. The product is safe and effective to use while crystalized, it is a texture preference thing.
